Hydro Dyne Industries (HDI) an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 accredited company, is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic valves, hydraulic systems, and hydraulic actuators in India. HDI is one of the reliable manufacturers of hydraulics in India, catering primarily to the segments of Industrial & mobile hydraulics in India. HDI manufactures the following:

Since its inception in 1984, the experience and capabilities of HDI could be gauged by the milestones it has covered, as the sole distributor of Parker Hydraulics (M/S PARKER HANNIFIN CORPORATION, USA) from 1986 to 1999, and has been an active participant in developing hydraulics for Defence applications.

HDI take pride in its achievement of undertaking the manufacture and commissioning of steel mill hydraulics in a single largest contract in fluid power worth Rs. 5.4 Cores in the year 1996-97, for the complete hydraulic system for 54″ Wide Hot Steel Rolling Mill at Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Plant at Bellary, Karnataka state. Hydro Dyne Industries has always been a reliable manufacturer of hydraulics in India for the last three decades.

HDI is known for its expertise in manufacturing of Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Valves, Hydraulic Cartridge Valves, and Hydraulic Hand Pumps, Hydraulic Rotary Joints, and Hydraulic systems. The company has established their products throughout India by their excellent engineering, and good manufacturing practices. Where applicable HDI procures critical raw materials, semi-finished materials from abroad for achieving high quality of standards in its products and services.

The Organization is run by its Director Mr. Lakhi Khatwani and Mr.Vinod Munshi both alumni of IIT. They have a collective experience of more than 80 years of experience in the field of Engineering. All the Hydraulic Products manufactured, are backed by the company’s dynamic and advanced engineering design team, production and quality control facilities, knowledge-based marketing and prompt delivery and after sales services. The company has its office in Andheri, Mumbai and a manufacturing facility at Vasai, Dist. Palghar. This manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 accredited. The company has unique distinction of being first collaborator/ distributor for India with many American and European countries. These franchised items include miniBooster (Denmark) Pressure Intensifiers, Rehobot (Sweden) for High Pressure Hydraulic Pump, High Pressure Hydraulic Cylinders, High Pressure Hydraulic Jacks.

HDI is well known for its Hydraulic Rotary Union, Hydraulic Tie Rod Cylinders, Hydraulic Mill Duty Cylinders, Hydraulic over Center Valves (Hydraulic Counter Balance Valve), Hydraulic Dual Pilot Check Valves, Hydraulic Hose Burst Valves, Hydraulic Counter balance Valve, Hydraulic Rock Breaker Valve, Hydraulic Priority Valve, Customized Hydraulic Valve Block, Customized Manifold Blocks and many more.

HDI products are used in Hydraulics for Material Handling, Hydraulics for steel Industry, Hydraulics for Aluminum smelters, Hydraulics for Die Casting, Hydraulics for Injection Molding Machines and Hydraulics for special applications. HDI provide critical products like Hydraulic Spud Cylinders, Mast Cylinders, Hydraulic Loading arm cylinders and many critical valves for Oil and Gas Industry, Hydraulic Luffing Cylinders, and hydraulic valve blocks for marine cranes. HDI localizes Imported hydraulic Valves, as per customer requirements with intend to lower cost with least lead times, with similar performance as imports.
